New Neptune character popularity poll!

Compile heart is holding another Neptune Character popularity poll. The cool thing about this poll is that the character that tops this poll will become the main character for the next "Neptune" game! The contestants are listed as:

I'm going to guess that this means there is going to be a second Noire game.
Everyone should vote the character they want to see as a Main character in the next Neptune game!!? The last poll was held in 2011 and the differences between all the rankings were very small. Every vote makes a significant difference! With Victory, PP, Rebirth, Rebirth;2, Universe and animation being released between the last poll and this poll the character poll could swing towards any character! Every person has a theoretical 30 votes!
